Located in the Vigie district, 800m from the beach and 700m from the nearest shops, the Santa Marina residence is made up of adjoining pavilions and 2 3-storey buildings.
This family holiday accommodation located on the 2nd floor includes a living room with television (subject to good reception) and double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds on a closed mezzanine.
The advantages of this seasonal rental at the beach: Closed loggia with a view of the Clape, tennis and secure swimming pool as well as a bowling alley. “Rental classified as Furnished Tourist 1 star”
