This beautiful 30 sq. m flat is on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift (although you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the flat). It is arranged over three different levels and comprises :

## Neighborhood
You will be just a few steps from La Gravette beach. Walk along the seafront to the Vauban port and then to the 16th-century Fort Carré (in the shape of a star). Alternatively, take the Promenade Amiral de Grasse to reach the Musée Picasso. Take a stroll through the old town of Antibes, not forgetting the ramparts, the Safranier district and the covered Provencal market. For a tasty break, there are plenty of options: why not stop off for lunch or dinner at Le P'tit Cageot, Café Brun or Emilie and the cool kids for a cookie. Do not hesitate to head for one of the region's beaches or one of the various local destinations accessible by train.
