This well-appointed 35 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small building without an elevator. It is composed of :

##Neighborhood
You will find many shops and restaurants in the area, including the O2 Verdun, the Art Dit Vin and the Pim'Pi Bistrot. In around ten minutes, reach Place Georges Clémenceau and its shops or Les Halles, open every morning, and their farmers' market in the morning on Saturday. Biarritz beach is within walking distance: have lunch in an oyster bar before discovering the Hôtel du Palais and its Belle Epoque architecture, surfing from Miramar beach or strolling to the Biarritz lighthouse.
