Enjoy the vast 77 square meter furnished terrace, offering panoramic views of the iconic monuments of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower. This quiet 124 square meter flat, located on the 6ᵉ and top floor with lift, is composed of:
- a furnished terrace with panoramic views,
- a beautiful, bright living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two people,
- a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
- one bedroom with double bed (160 × 200 cm),

Please note that for stays of more than 3 nights, the caretaker will water the plants on the terrace every 3 days.
