This spacious 210 sq. metre flat (6 m high ceilings in the living room!) can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the ground floor of an atypical building with large windows, it is spread over three levels and features:

- a sunny terrace on the upper floor,
- a comfortable lounge and dining area,

## Neighborhood
You will be in the heart of the 14th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Montparnasse district with its many shops, cafés and restaurants. Walk to rue des Thermopyles for a picturesque interlude, the Montparnasse Tower for a 360° view 210 metres above Paris, or the catacombs for an immersion in the city's history. Line 13 of the metro is just a short walk away, taking you to Les Invalides, where you can admire the Eiffel Tower, to the Champs Élysées or Boulevard Haussmann. Among the many dining options in the vicinity, do not miss Chez Fahrat or Il Gallo Nero for a Lebanese or Italian taste, or Augustin for a French bistro experience.
