This calm studio, very bright, is located on the 6th and last floor of a residence with elevator. It features of a surface of 20 sq. m and includes:
- a cosy lounge with a pull-out bed that converts into a queen-size bed (160 cm),

- an equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, hob, fridge and freezer),
- vacuum cleaner,

## Neighborhood
Close to the trendiest districts of the capital city (Belleville, République, Sainte-Marthe, Ménilmontant, the Saint-Martin or Ourcq Canals), you will not miss anything for a perfect Parisian stay. Plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, entertainments, theaters, concert halls… will be around, just a few minutes of walking or metro away. The famous Père Lachaise cemetery is just 15 min away by walk, and some of the most pleasant parks will be around: do not miss the breathtaking view from Belleville or Buttes-Chaumont park. By strolling around the Bohemian streets of the area, you will not be at the end of your surprises!
