" 1", 3-room apartment 80 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious: living/dining room 25 m2 with 2 beds (80 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave) with dining table. Bidet, hip bath, sep. WC. Heating, gas heating. Balcony, east facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

3-family house "Grizzli", 3 storeys. 2 apartments in the property. Above Saint-Gervais, 9 km from the skiing area. For shared use: garden. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces).
