2 room sleeping area of 36m², on the ground floor of the Le Palatin residence, is located at the foot of the slopes in Pelvoux, ideal for a family of 6 people. The apartment has a terrace, facing south, with a view of the slopes.
It consists of an entrance which serves:
- a sleeping area, separated by a curtain, with bunk beds,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with bathtub,

- a living room with television and pull-out sofa bed giving access to the terrace
- a kitchen area (equipped with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, 4 electric hotplates, an electric coffee maker, a microwave, etc.)
