Discover the comfort and charm of the "ENEZ HIR" apartment, nestled within the wooden house "Les Gîtes de Roscaroc". This recent residence, imbued with character, has been carefully arranged into three separate apartments, offering its residents privacy and tranquillity, while being located 300m from the beach.
Located on the ground floor of the house, "ENEZ HIR" is a spacious T4 apartment designed for your comfort and well-being.
As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the warm atmosphere that prevails in this large living space. The fully equipped open kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals while staying in contact with your loved ones in the adjacent living room.
The three spacious rooms offer a comfortable resting space for all guests. Two rooms are equipped with queen-size beds, while the third room has two single beds, ideal for children or friends.
The large bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, an Italian-style shower and a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience to all Travellers.
Outside, enjoy outdoor living on the large wooden terrace, where you can relax and savour meals in the open air in complete privacy. The small garden also offers a verdant space where children can play safely.
A communal laundry room shared by 3 apartments is located in the common area. It notably contains a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer.
