The 3-room apartment with a bathroom, a separate toilet, a storage room as well as an underground parking space and a panoramic view of the center of Brand is extremely conveniently located.

In addition to this almost idyllic location, the holiday apartment, which was completed in 2023, also offers many other useful properties:

It can accommodate up to eight people. Because in addition to the six standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers high-quality sleeping space for two more people.

The deep and very spacious terrace is aligned in two directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as far as the mighty peaks of the Rätikon allow.
When it comes to equipment, too, holiday guests can count on almost everything that takes the work off you and makes your holiday the most beautiful "season" of the year.

LOCATION:

The most important service providers are within walking distance. You can also reach many restaurants and various shops without a car. The local village shop (approx. 100 meters), the sporting goods shops and sports equipment rental companies (from approx. 50 meters to 400 meters) as well as several local restaurants (the closest approx. 300 meters) are centrally located from the family holiday home. The most important feeder train to the Brandnertal skiing and hiking area - the Dorfbahn, as well as the very popular bathing lake, which is accessible free of charge in summer, can be reached quickly and easily at approx. 300 meters without a car or ski bus.

Despite the privileged location, the apartment is quiet. The house in which it is located, Mühledörfle 122, is set back a little from the main street. In addition, the municipal road is never heavily frequented, since Brand, located at the end of the Brandnertal, has no through traffic.
