Small patio. Terrace furniture. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance.

Spiss: Cosy semi-detached house "Sonnenschein", 1'630 m a.s.l.. In the resort, in a quiet position, 7 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop "Spiss Gande" 300 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 64.8 km. Gondola lift 7 km, ski rental 7 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 7 km, sled run 500 m.
