Air-conditioned apartment for 6 people, located in the Tennis Village Residence, block 9, on the ground floor. Free access to the swimming pool. Living room with sofa bed. Equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, microwave... One bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A cabin with 2 bunk beds. Shower room. Separate toilet. Terrace with awning. Air conditioning. Free parking.
Deposit: 380 euros. Administration fees: 29 euros + Tourist tax to be paid on site 1.15 euros / day / adult. Sheet and towel rental package: 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or to be done yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11 a.m.: make an appointment upon arrival as someone comes to carry out the inventory. Insurance: please provide us with your civil liability certificate otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.
