Beautiful, comfortable duplex apartment (57m²) for 6/7 people, with 2 bedrooms, plus 1 mezzanine bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Apartment located in Plagne 1800 in the Avenir 1800 Residence, with access to the slopes.
Apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator and equipped with a balcony overlooking the slopes and mountains (southern exposure).
The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, 1 microwave, 1 large fridge/freezer, 1 oven, 1 dishwasher.
The living room is composed of a table, 2 sofas and 1 flat screen TV and Wi-Fi access.
Access to the upper floor via a Japanese-style staircase which leads to the bedroom without a window, equipped with a 160cm double bed and its shower room.
The second bedroom with window is equipped with a 140cm double bed and direct access to the bathroom.
Access to the mezzanine bedroom is via a staircase. The second bedroom is equipped with a 140cm double bed under the eaves (recommended for children over 6 years old).
The apartment is equipped with duvets
The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet, one of which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
