3-story residence located 6 minutes' walk from the shops and 5 minutes' walk from the slopes with ski lockers on the ground floor. Free outdoor parking at the foot of the residence.
Studio equipped for 4 people of approximately 25m², in very good condition, south facing with balcony, mountain view, on level 1.
Kitchen: 2 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, extractor fan and electric coffee maker.
Living room: 2x2 pull-out beds for 4 people and flat screen television.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate WC.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. The accommodation must, however, be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
