The studio is located at the crossroads of the Saint-Jean-d’Arves and Albiez-Montrond resorts. You are less than 10 minutes by car from the Saint-Jean-d'Arves and Albiez-Montrond ski resorts, 15 minutes from Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, 30 minutes from La Toussuire, and 45 minutes from the Orelle ski lifts, providing access to the 3 Valleys area, the largest ski area in the world! The Maurienne valley is also the largest cycling area in the world, with hiking trails, rock climbing, and mountain lakes to explore. Lastly, Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne is just a 20-minute drive away, offering many amenities and local attractions.

- The accommodation is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) is included in the booking.
- During the winter season, arrivals and departures are scheduled for Saturdays (check-in from 5 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m.). If you'd like to modify your arrival and departure times, we may be able to adjust them to suit your needs, subject to availability.
