It will just take you a 3-min walk to reach the Palais de l'Île, 5 min for the Annecy Castle or 5 min as well for the bridge “Pont des Amours.” You will also be able to find many shops, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a cheese shop and a bakery at the foot of the flat.
