🐾 Pets
We are happy to welcome pets in our accommodation, subject to prior request at the time of booking.
A supplement of €50 per animal per week will be applied.
We ask owners to ensure that their animals:
-do not climb on sofas, beds or other furniture,
-do not cause any damage to the dwelling or to the exterior,
-and that all excrement is collected before departure.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules or if damage is found, a deduction may be made from the deposit to cover the costs of cleaning or repair.
💳 Caution
A €1000 credit card authorization will be required for the rental. This authorization, in the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect the spending limits of your bank card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically cancelled.
