This beautiful duplex is located in a small condominium. This bright accommodation can host up to 6 people. The open spaces are designed for convivial living and well-being.
The location of this apartment is also convenient. There are shops nearby (grocery store, bakery, tobacco shop, etc.), and there is no need to drive around Biarritz as a free shuttle is at the end of the street (1-minute walk) to take you to the city center and the beach in less than 10 minutes.
This apartment comprises:
an open kitchen connected to the dining area and living room;
a dining area with a table that seats up to 6 people;
a living room with a sofa and a television;
a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet;
three sleeping areas: 1 closed bedroom on the ground floor, 2 open sleeping areas in the duplex. In total, there are 3 double beds.
Parking is free on the street.

Welcome products: Upon your arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essential items).
Sheets and towels: Bed linen is provided, and beds are made for your arrival. Soft bath towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry service, Pressing.
Surface cleaning at the end of the stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.
You will meet a member of the My home in team, who will assist you throughout your stay. Our team speaks French, English, and Spanish. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need help organizing your stay.
Advantages:
Dog-friendly, we accept one dog during the stay for an additional 15 euros per night. A basket, two bowls, a sofa cover, a brush, and a towel to wipe paws are provided.

Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient option for getting around Biarritz. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the SNCF train station or the airport. The fare for this distance is around 15 to 20 euros during the day.

Once the booking is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to organize your stay.
You have two check-in options:
Self check-in, arriving at any time from 4 PM. In this case, you will receive instructions to access your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
Be welcomed by a member of the My home in team between 4 PM and 7 PM. If you arrive after 7 PM, a 30 euro supplement will be charged. If you arrive after 9 PM, the supplement will be 50 euros.
Pets are allowed in the accommodation with an additional charge.
My home in invites you to review the house rules, which are automatically accepted upon confirmation of the booking, to avoid any misunderstandings.
