Brandnerhus – Space for Quality Time
Lean back and relax – at the Brandnerhus, a place where alpine clarity, natural materials and genuine Brandner hospitality come together.
When building the house, local materials such as wood and stone were deliberately chosen. The owners as well as the tourism operator grew up in Brand and have known the valley since childhood. This deep connection to the region shapes the Brandnerhus – perceptible in the atmosphere, in the style and in the personal interaction with our guests.
Facilities
The modern yet cosily furnished holiday apartment in alpine style offers space for up to four people and is ideal for couples, families or friends.
The apartment features two bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds, as well as two shower bathrooms, which guarantee privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and wind down the day at the dining table.
From the balcony, an unobstructed view of the Brandner mountain panorama opens up – a place for quiet mornings and relaxed evenings. In the cosy seating area, you can wonderfully switch off, read or simply enjoy the silence.
A special highlight of the Brandnerhus is the wellness area on the ground floor. Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath provide soothing relaxation after active days in the mountains. The bright relaxation room with access to the outdoors invites you to pause between sauna sessions. Fresh, untreated Brandner spring water from the house's own well refreshes body and mind. Massages are gladly available upon request.
The Brandnerhus also proves to be thoughtfully designed in practical terms: A drying room for ski and outdoor clothing with shoe warmers as well as a separate ski and bicycle room are available.
Location
Brand is a unique year-round destination. In summer, an extensive network of hiking trails, alpine peak experiences, golf course, riding opportunities, bathing lake, climbing garden, bike park, numerous alpine huts and the Lünersee, which is under nature and landscape protection, invite you to spend varied days.
In winter, Brand delights with a family-friendly ski area, cross-country skiing trails, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails and diverse leisure activities. Spring and late autumn stand for peace, wide open spaces and a particularly high recreation factor.
The location at the valley station of the Palüdbahn, just a few steps from the house, makes the Brandnerhus the ideal starting point for mountain and winter sports enthusiasts.
