Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Balcony or terrace. Balcony furniture. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Small residence "Bouganvillage". 18 apartments in the residence. 2 km from the centre of Budoni, 17 km from the centre of San Teodoro, 40 km from the centre of Olbia, in the district Tanaunella, on a slope, 3 km from the sea, road to cross. For shared use: property with meadow, swimming pool kidney-shaped (10 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 18.Apr. - 23.Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing).
