Holiday rental – Studio cabin with sea view in Canet Sud
Located in a gated community with a caretaker, this studio apartment is situated in the sought-after Canet Sud district, just steps from the beach with direct access. Shops and restaurants are 200 meters away, while the town center is 1.8 km away.
Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment offers 25 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features an east-facing loggia with a beautiful sea view and Wi-Fi access.
The living room includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2, 130cm) and a television. The kitchenette is fully equipped: electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
The cabin is furnished with a double bed (140cm).
Separate bathroom and toilet for added comfort.
A numbered secure parking space (No. 203) is available.
Ideal for fully enjoying a seaside stay in Canet Sud.

The tenant is responsible for the end-of-stay cleaning and may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price provided on request).
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental; the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be completed before your arrival (no cash or checks).
We are approved for Chèques Vacances (Holiday Vouchers).
