This beachfront apartment offers a prime location, directly facing the beach and the entrance to the port.
Shops and restaurants are located at the foot of the residence, allowing you to fully enjoy all amenities without having to travel by car.
With a surface area of 28 m², the accommodation can accommodate up to four people.
It is located on the second floor of a residence equipped with an elevator.
The east-facing loggia offers an unobstructed view of the sea and the harbor entrance, making it a pleasant space for meals or relaxation.
The living room includes a BZ sofa bed offering two 130cm beds and a television.
The kitchen area is equipped with two gas hobs, a mini-oven, a microwave and a refrigerator, making it easy to prepare all meals.
The room has a double bed measuring 140 cm.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and also includes a toilet.
There is no washing machine.
This apartment is an ideal rental for enjoying a stay by the sea, in a pleasant and lively setting.
