The apartment, with a surface area of 34 m², can accommodate up to 5 people. Completely renovated and air-conditioned, it is located on the 5th floor with elevator access and offers a pleasant loggia furnished with garden furniture and a beautiful sea view.
It consists of a living room with a 130cm sofa bed and television, a kitchenette equipped with hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.
The cabin, bright thanks to a window, has a double bed (140 cm). The entrance area has a single bed (90 cm) suitable for a child. There is a separate shower room and toilet.
A secure private parking space is included with the accommodation.
Ideal location to park your vehicle and do everything on foot: Beach, shopping, entertainment and close to everything!
End-of-stay cleaning is offered as an option at a price of €65.
