Located on the 1st floor without elevator of an old renovated farm located in the Bossons district, it includes:
- a bedroom with a 160cm double bed (220cm duvet);
- a shower room with separate toilet and water heater;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area;
- and a lounge area with a 140cm convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate the small furnished balcony offering a view of the Bossons glacier and Mont Blanc, on which you can enjoy cups of coffee in peace.
The following amenities will be at your disposal: Baby bed, Parking, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, 2 Filter and Nespresso coffee machines, Microwave, Oven. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

- 2 parking spaces (outdoor parking, on the right when leaving the building, just after the Hôtel de l'Aiguille du Midi if you are coming from Chamonix);

One of the apartment's assets is its location. It is located;
- between 10 and 15 minutes walk from the lake and the Gaillands climbing site.
- between 5 and 10 minutes by car from Chamonix town centre and the Les Houches ski area.
The Bossons train station and the bus stop are right next door and thanks to the guest cards given to you on arrival, transport will be free and will take you right to the town centre and to the foot of the ski lifts, in particular to the foot of the Aiguille du Midi cable car from where you can go to the Vallée Blanche or walk on the glacier!
For any reservation validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
For all reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
