In a quiet residence close to the beach and shops, F3 apartment equipped for 4 people located on the 2nd floor.
It consists of an entrance hall, living room with TV and separate equipped kitchenette (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine) opening onto a loggia (pleasant and unobstructed view), 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, bathroom, separate toilet. Private parking in the residence.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
