4MIR11JAUNE - Close to the city center - Apartment type Duplex apartment ideally located, all comfort. It consists of a living room (2-seater sofa bed), dining room and fully equipped kitchen area (oven, washing machine, electric hob, top refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). A bedroom with a 140cm bed completes the apartment. It has private Wi-Fi connection.
. Private parking is located at the foot of the building. The city center is a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is an 8-minute walk away.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
