"Terrasse Des Alpes 815", 2-room apartment 53 m2 on 3rd floor. Partly renovated in 2018, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), digital TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Terrace 17 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 10, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Swimming pool (approx. 26°) and hot tub (from 16 years old) closed in November. The building was built on a sloping plot. The floors are considered as levels numbered from the residence floor.
