Located on the floor of a charming small building with few residential units, it has been recently renovated with care to offer modern and welcoming spaces. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a bright living area with a spacious kitchenette equipped with a latest-generation induction hob and new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. The living room, spacious and well-organised, is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV connected to an ultra-fast Wi-Fi network, reserved exclusively for guests. From here, one can access a large balcony that offers a splendid view of the park and a partial lake view, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double room with a high-quality mattress enhanced by a topper for superior comfort and a second room with a new and comfortable bunk bed.
