Ideal for a couple, it can accommodate 4 people.
Free parking space. Less than 1 minute walk from hiking departures and the Lake Annecy cycle path. Beaches and small local shops less than 5 minutes walk: bakery, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bike rental...

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a 140X200 cm sofa/bed, a beautiful bedroom with storage and a 160X200 cm double bed.
The 9 m² balcony, facing west, offers an additional, very sunny space for lunch with garden table and parasol: perfect for aperitifs in the sun in the evening ;)

The apartment is located at the foot of a small climbing cliff and very close to numerous hiking trails which will lead you to wild nature.
In 40 minutes by car or by bus, you can reach the family ski resort of Semnoz, where many activities are practiced, summer and winter, without ever tiring of the panorama it offers.
