The owner's note, Lola
"LE PORTILLO" is located in the heart of Gourette, number 40 on the resort map, 150m from the ski slopes and 100m from the shops. The residence is equipped with: a private indoor swimming pool with a children's pool, a whirlpool, a gym, a lounge, a games room, elevators, collective heating and hot water, ski lockers, a bicycle garage, two underground paid parking spaces and Wi-Fi.
3-room apartment equipped and furnished for 6/8 people, 67m², South-West facing, view of the slopes and resort, located on the 1st floor with terrace. Entrance: mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (90). Shower room: sink, shower and hairdryer. Separate WC. Bathroom: sink, bathtub and WC. Living room: double sofa bed (160), television - American kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner vitro hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed, television - mountain valley view. Bedroom 2: 2 80 cm beds - residence view. NON-SMOKING. SHEETS PROVIDED. In addition: tourist tax. Pets accepted and paying. Optional: RESTAURANT packages (breakfast, dinner, half-board), towels, daily and departure cleaning, early arrival, late departure. In Winter: SKILOC equipment rental, SKIPASS ski lifts, SKIPLUSS equipment + pass.
The aquatic facilities (swimming pool, whirlpool, are open in winter from the Christmas holidays until the resort closes, in summer from 01/07 to 15/09.
