Beautiful 35 square meter apartment located in Fréjus.
With an area of 35 square meters, it includes one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the second floor (no elevator), this bright apartment boasts a southwest orientation and lovely views. It features a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, and a functional shower room. The dining area is ideal for meals, with a table and chairs, while the comfortable living room includes a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), perfect for accommodating extra guests. You can also enjoy a balcony and a large terrace with direct views of the boats below.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need for a wonderful stay is provided, including a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, oven, and iron. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Pets are welcome.
Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation, but you will have access to parking during your stay.
The apartment boasts an ideal location, situated on a natural site (former airfield) offering numerous activities, such as a large rollerblading track, a recreation area, a football pitch, and a seaside promenade. For your daily shopping needs, an “Intermarché SUPER Port Fréjus” supermarket is just a 7-minute walk away.
During your stay, discover the must-see sites of the region, such as the Port-Fréjus Harbour Master's Office and Fréjus South Beach just a few minutes' walk away, the Port Fréjus breakwater 13 minutes away, and the Piles de Sainte-Croix - Roman aqueduct 9 minutes away by car, among many others.

Fréjus is a seaside resort and tourist destination on the French Riviera. It has also been designated a City of Art and History. Originally a Roman city, it was founded in 49 BC to rival Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus boasts the second-highest concentration of ancient ruins in France after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard Nature Base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
