Exit to the balcony. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Boiler (50 litres). Small balcony 5 m2, large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. View of the mountains and the countryside.
