- a large living room with integrated kitchenette;
- a bathroom with bathtub and WC.
🛌 The apartment has a sleeping area: a 2-seater convertible sofa bed in the living room.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities in the apartment, such as a television, free Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, microwave), storage space, bed linen and towels for 2 people upon arrival.

A 2-minute walk takes you to Place Grenette and the historic city center with its pedestrian streets, numerous shops, bars, and restaurants.

By public transport: Victor Hugo stop (trams A and B) to come from the station and get around easily.
You can explore the city and the neighborhood on foot or by bike.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you come with your pet, we will ask you for €12 including tax / animal / day.
