- a bathroom with shower and WC.
🛌 The apartment has one sleeping area: a double bedroom. It has electric shutters, for a quiet, dark night!
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities in the apartment, such as a television, free Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, hotplates, kettle, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided), high bar for two people), storage (wardrobe and cupboard) and bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. Numerous public transport options (Tram A, B or E, Alsace-Lorraine stop) serving the city and surrounding areas are less than a 3-minute walk away.
You can explore the city and the neighborhood on foot or by bike.
🚗Parking is available around the building (paid parking during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding parking lots. KStore parking is located at the foot of the building.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
