🏢 This carefully decorated studio, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) is composed of:
- a pretty living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and small dining area,
- a bathroom with shower and WC,
- a balcony/terrace of almost 8m², perfectly quiet (overlooking the courtyard) and fitted out for your comfort.
🛌 The apartment has a sleeping area: a convertible sofa bed for 2 people.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities in the apartment, such as a television, Wi-Fi connection, kitchen equipment (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Nespresso), induction hob and extractor hood, etc.). You will also have a washing machine and bed linen and towels for 2 people upon arrival.

After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from Swikly asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. 💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you come with your pet, we will ask you for €12 including tax / animal / day.
