These were very beautiful attics, completely transformed into an apartment at the end of 2022.

🏢 This 2-bedroom apartment, completely renovated and tastefully decorated in December 2022 by our team, on the 5th floor without elevator, is composed of:
- a very bright living room, with sofa and TV,
- a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room,
- a bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm,
- a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC,
- a laundry area with washing machine.

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities in the apartment, such as a television, kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided)), washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.
📺 The TV is a Smart TV: you don't have the TV channels, but you have all the streaming apps (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) - subscriptions not provided.
Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed through a trusted third party, "Swikly." After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. Note: This guarantee system is authorized by all our reservation platforms.

🚗 The accommodation does not have a parking space. Parking is available in the municipal car parks around the accommodation, which are paid during the day except on Sundays (museum and tourist office).

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you come with your pet, we will ask you for €12 including tax / animal / day.
