After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. The accommodation is also located near the train station (10 minutes on foot)
You can explore the city and the neighborhood on foot or by bike.

Numerous public transport options, including trams E and A/B (Condorcet and Alsace Lorraine or Saint Bruno stops) located 5 and 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation respectively, allow you to travel throughout the city and its outskirts.
You are also close to a bus stop, BUS 12 stop Chorier-Saint Bruno.
🚗 Parking is available around the building (paid during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
