The duplex includes a small equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Microwave combination oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), a living room with a sofa bed on request (recommended for children/teens), a TV, a dining area, and a separate toilet. A beautiful bedroom with a superior-quality Queen-size bed (160/200 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub upstairs.

Please note that this apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building without an elevator, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or difficulties with stairs. Located in the St Léonard district, this central location allows easy access to the port, restaurants, bars, markets, and museums by foot.

You will have a parking space in the building’s courtyard, secured by a gate, suitable for standard-sized vehicles.

For more comfort and freedom, your arrival will be self-check-in with a key box. All the necessary information will be provided before your arrival so you can easily access your accommodation.
