🏢 Ideally located facing south, this bright, comfortable 36m² apartment was completely renovated in May 2019. It can accommodate 2 to 6 people. It is on the ground floor of a mountain, therefore elevated.
It is composed of:
- a living room;
- a fully equipped open kitchenette;
- 2 bedrooms;
- a bathroom (bath/shower);
- and separate toilets.
You can enjoy the sunny, tiled balcony while admiring the Ecrins massif and the Deux Alpes glacier.
🛌 The apartment has 3 sleeping areas:
- a convertible sofa bed in the living room;
- a bedroom with double bed;
- a bedroom/mountain corner with single bunk beds.
The accommodation is equipped with electric roller shutters, for peaceful and dark nights!
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities in the apartment, such as an 80cm flat screen TV, a DVD player, kitchen equipment (ceramic hob, refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave), bed linen and towels for 6 people on arrival.
The ski locker is located at the entrance to the residence.

📍 You have ski-in ski-out access and direct access to the Sarennes glacier. The ESF ski lesson meeting point and the children's chalet are located 50 meters away.
You will find a shopping mall (sports shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, medical center, a bank...) also 50 meters away.
The city center and the Palais des Sports are a 5-minute walk away.

After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. Note: This guarantee system is also authorized by platforms.
💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you come with your pet, we will ask you for €12 including tax / animal / day.
