The building is set back from the street, just steps from the metro (line 12) Porte de Versailles and Balard (line 8), tramway, with no noise disturbances. The exhibition center is within walking distance, and your travels are made easy. This spacious 26 m² studio is located on the floor of a 4-star ADAGIO residence and consists of an entrance, a living-dining area, a private bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, an equipped kitchenette, and two 80 cm beds and a sofa bed ( for one adult or two kids) in the same room. Balcony not directly overlooked. You will have a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, flat-screen TV, microwave, and radio. All within a beautiful 4-star residence with services: reception, lounge, breakfast, luggage storage, lounge, laundry, and private parking. Equipped kitchen, lounge.
