Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook, satellite TV and flat screen. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). 2 showers/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. In the district of Fürth 2.5 km from the centre of Kaprun, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 6.5 km from the lake, 2.6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool heated (9 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: reception, sauna (extra). Lift, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains.
