Basic apartment, located in the centre, built in 1955, in a residence with 10 apartments, Close to food shops and night establishments, nurseries and children's activities, ice rink in winter, 100 metres from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a watercourse.
