THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 27 m² studio, divisible by a mobile partition, is located on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sleeping area featuring 2 single beds and a dining area with 1 sofa bed (BZ), 1 TV, 1 DVD player, 1 radio CD
- an independent kitchenette with 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces north. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40).
Wifi not included.
The residence :
The residence is located in the heart of the resort center, next to all resort services (restaurants, bars, etc). The north facing flats are quiet and get a beautiful view on the valley. Ski lockers in the residence.
The area :
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services like the ski school ESF and the nursery. Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in. Underground car park, can be booked through our agecy.
