THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 49 m², 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor (no elevator) and accommodates 8 people. It includes:

- One bedroom with 1 double bed
- One cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV, 1 Blu-ray player, and 1 Xbox console
- A small kitchen equipped with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, fondue set- A bathroom with an included toilet
- A shower
- A separate toilet

The terrace with direct access and a view of the slopes faces south. The ski locker is in the residence.

A residence is situated at the foot of ski slopes and provides a view on Les Arcs, close to the shops and resort center.

The Carreau area:
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services lie a ski school ESF and a nursery.
Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in/ski-out. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.
