This 26 m² studio, divisible by a movable partition, is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sleeping area with a sofa bed and a dining area with a single bed with a pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchen area with 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom, 1 washing machine
- a separate toilet
The balcony faces south, overlooking the surrounding fir trees. The ski locker is located in the building.

THE RESIDENCE:
This large residence features wood and stone cladding. It connects to the Les Pentes and La Traverse residences and is ideally located in the resort center. Underground parking is available beneath the residence; book with our agency.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the center of Les Coches, close to all amenities and shops, as well as the daycare and the ESF (French Ski School). Numerous activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in the covered parking lots, which can be reserved through us.
