The terrace, overlooking Mont Blanc, faces north. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Boussole is located less than 300 meters from the resort center, shops, and the ESF (French Ski School) and directly next to the slopes. The residence is medium-sized with wood cladding and exposed stone. Public parking is located nearby.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatory district offers panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort center is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
