This 27 m² studio, divisible by a movable partition, is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with 2 single beds in the sleeping area and 1 sofa bed in the dining area, 1 TV, 1 DVD player, 1 CD radio
- an independent kitchenette with 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hotplates, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set

The balcony faces north, overlooking Mont Blanc. The ski locker is located in the building.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a long residence located right in the resort center, close to all the resort's attractions (restaurants, bars, etc.). The north-facing apartments enjoy beautiful views of Mont Blanc while being quieter. The south-facing apartments offer a view of Place du Carreau.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the center of Les Coches, close to all amenities and shops, as well as the daycare and the ESF (French Ski School). Numerous activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in the covered parking lots, which can be reserved through us.
