ACCOMMODATION:
This 28 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 4th floor (direct access to the walkway level) and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchen area with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom with electric towel dryer, hair dryer
- a separate toilet
The balcony, with a view of Mont Blanc and the valley, faces north. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
The Sextant is a large residence located approximately 100 meters from the slopes. Access to the resort center, approximately 300 meters away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking is available nearby.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatory district offers panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort center is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
