ACCOMMODATION:
This 28 m² studio, divisible by a movable partition, is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sleeping area with a single sofa bed with pull-out bed and a dining area with bunk beds, 1 TV
- a kitchen area with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fondue set

- a separate toilet
The balcony faces north, overlooking Mont Blanc. The ski locker is located in the building.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Lanterne is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, 200 meters from the nearest shops and less than 300 meters from the resort center, the ski school and the nursery.
The residence is small in size with wood cladding and exposed stone. Public parking is available nearby.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatory district offers panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort center is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
