THE RESIDENCE:
The Sextant is located approximately 100 meters from the slope. Access to the resort center is about 300 meters away via a pedestrian path. Public parking is available nearby.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Observatory is the quietest area of Les Coches resort; all residences are within 100 meters of the slopes and 300 meters of shops. The Observatory area offers stunning views of the valley and Mont Blanc. The resort center is accessible via a pedestrian path in under 5 minutes.
